TalkTimer ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

The App collects and stores the following information:
- Timer settings: Timer names, durations, and Pomodoro configurations created by the user
- App preferences: Volume settings, notification settings, and other user preferences
All of this information is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to external servers.

The App does not collect the following:
- Personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
- Location data
- Contact information
- Photos or videos
- Device IDs or IP addresses (though Google Ads may collect these as described in Section 6)
- Usage statistics or access logs

The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
- Providing and operating the timer functionality
- Saving and restoring user preferences
- Improving app features
4. Data Storage
All data is stored as local storage on your device. Nothing is sent to cloud services or external servers.

The App does not directly provide, disclose, or share your personal information with third parties. However, we use Google Ads to display advertisements, and Google may collect and process certain information (such as cookies, device identifiers, and IP addresses) to serve personalized ads. 6. Advertising & Analytics
Google Ads
The App uses Google Ads to display advertisements. To serve personalized ads based on your interests, Google Ads may collect and process the following information:

You can control Google's ad personalization settings through your Google Account settings.

Analytics
The App does not use Google Analytics or similar usage-tracking services beyond what Google Ads requires.
7. Notifications
The App uses local notifications to alert you when a timer ends or counts down. These notifications are generated on-device and do not require communication with external servers.
8. Voice Playback
Voice announcements for remaining time are played using audio files built into the App. No internet connection or access to external servers is required.
9. Data Deletion
When you uninstall the App, all data stored on your device is automatically deleted. You can also delete individual timers and settings from within the App at any time.
10. Security
The App uses your device's standard security features to protect your data. However, the security of the device itself (screen lock, encryption, etc.) is your responsibility.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice, in response to changes in laws or additions to app features. Any updated policy takes effect as soon as it is posted on this page.
